can't find anything on canada about being able to sue folks in government, but in the US it's possible. higher burden of proof tho. government entities can't sue in the US or Canada. seems like a reasonable balance.

Something about the thin, pastel shirt and jeans with just the tactical helmet and gun is extremely funny. Especially combined with dude looking like his dog died on his birthday.
