so loving stoked for this game. Wont play until the 26th february, after my monthly income and an exam. Until then it is radio silence for all things horizon. Except for maybe technical reviews, how it performs on a base ps4.

Game Informer did an interview with some of the Forbidden West leads last summer and they were surprisingly coy when asked if there would be flying mounts, so if that happened then I wouldn't be too surprised.

Lore question - from the video logs it sounds like the Rocky Mountains and parts of the American West were the last redoubts before Zero Day. Is there any lore/evidence that humanity managed to set up cradles and cauldrons anywhere else in the world?

It was one of my biggest delights in the first game when I realized that, instead of just generic Rocky Mountains, it was recognizable real-world buildings. And not only the most famous ones, even a place I've worked at that I thought was mildly obscure. I really do forward to more, even if it'll never quite match the first time going in that blind.
