the other day it occurred to me that you can't even really use these things as a title document where ownership of an asset passes by transferring the title document, because what happens if the blockchain gets forked? now you've got two title documents floating around that aren't guaranteed to end up with the same owner. who's gonna figure out who owns grandma's house?

lol a private member’s bill introduced by an opposition MP is about as effective as speaking to the senate wait no even less because one of the senators might have been listening (for anyone not familiar with Canadian politics, the executive is part of the legislative, MPs vote along party lines 99% of the time and the senate doesn’t serve a purpose)
