Tip for the very last part of the game, if you hate yourself enough to beat it

Be sure you're shooting him as you jump and land. If you only shoot him while you're on the ground you won't have enough DPS to stop him from advancing so close that you can no longer dodge his bullets

beat stage 4 after an hour of playing 3 and 4, I think I'm getting the hang on this more. It's easier to just ran past enemies instead of fighting most of them if you can
