According to my partner who was part of a mass arrest (215 or so) protest at DND HQ on the canal, yes but it was not very comfortable. Reports from yesterday was they were quickly processing most and then releasing them on conditions e. they were 6 per cell. Mind this was late 80s so who knows if those facilities still exist
