I haven't heard anything from them beyond putin saying occupation wasn't on the table in the war declaration, and it's not like that means anything I thought he would disable Ukraine’s military so he could just let troops march in and occupy Luhansk and Donetsk but it seems he wants a Ukraine that is either cooperating with him (surrendering and working with him) or managed by him (puppet government)
