I don't understand it cause they could've just taken the original headlights off and it would look kind of nice. The effort and engineering they've done isn't poo poo-spec, either. Guy genuinely likes the look. Unrelated, I didn't hate this despite some questionable decisions, which I think may be a first:  But I do have infinite patience for ftr's

So we are watching a cheesy spy action movie (355) and there was a chase scene with someone on a bike. In the scene Jessica Chestain chases down a woman on a bike on foot… this is ludicrous but becomes more likely when you see the bike https://en.vmotosoco.com/tcmax-overview/ So this company basically makes electric scooters with good looking body work and totally makes sense in the Parisian setting for the movie. They of course had to dub an in-line 4 engine noise over it, which I know happens all the time since modern bikes have to be pretty quiet. I wish they would just embrace the EV quietness, they could have just focused the sick burnout and moved on without the fake engine noise.

It's not like electrics don't make their own cool noises, in reality that signature VWEEEEEEEE as they accelerate is pretty quiet but there's no reason you couldn't louden it for a movie
