How does the 2022 draft class look?

I think it’s time to ship out DeAndre Hopkins before he officially gets old, but I’m not sure if I want picks this year or next.

Great for WRs, mediocre for RBs and TEs, bad for QBs. Not much in the way of top end Chase/Pitts-type talent but should be deeper overall than last year due to way more eligible players.

I've started Dak every time he's played and I'm in the Championship game. I have Tannehill. Dak is probably not playing the full game. Titans have to win tomorrow so maybe they just statement game annihilation of Dolphins? Any opinions on Dak vs. Tannehill?

My buddy in our 0.5 PPR Superflex dynasty league keeps pestering me for Cooper Kupp. Now i'm in no hurry to trade Kupp but if I were would Deebo Samuel and pick 1.12 be enough for Kupp?

I'd do it. I like Kupp better for 2022 redraft but in dynasty I have them in the same tier so getting a 1st on top feels like a smash. Kupp will also be 29 by the time the season starts and so even if his production is still great his trade value will start to decrease because people are going to be eyeballing his age. Like you said, don't be in a hurry to trade him, but keep that in the back of your mind and think about moving him at some point this year unless you're definitely poised to make a championship run.

I’m doing a playoff fantasy thing where you can only use each player once throughout the playoffs.

I’ve got Stafford and Burrow to choose from. I’m leaning, Stafford due to the Bengals defense being significantly worse than the Rams.

Thoughts?

A lot of those are literal and figurative coinflips. I think the QB rushing TDs ones are decent odds. Same with will a QB have above 4.5 TD and will there be a safety. Also Jersey # to first get a TD (the under). The second half of the list seems to have more longshots where "no" is a statistically safer bet.

I was offered Cook and 2022 pick 2.06 for my Etienne and 2022 pick 1.10 in my 0.5 PPR dynasty superflex league.

What's Dalvin Cook's outlook with Kevin O'Connell now? I'm also kind of interested in what happens with Etienne now that Pederson is there.

It’s really risky. Cook is older for a RB. If you can win a title with him it’s worth it but maybe try to push for a first round pick in next years draft instead of the second this year.

Yeah unless I was going to be making a run at a championship I think I would want more value back than that. Etienne is a big questionmark right now but I could see Cook falling off after this year considering he is already so prone to get little nagging injuries.

Cook is a question mark but Etienne is a bigger one, age and injury differences and all. I was going to say James Robinson throws a wrench in things too, but him coming back from an achilles vs Etienne supposedly well recovered by now.

One more dynasty trade question

0.5 PPR dynasty superflex

Give:
Miles Sanders
Chris Carson
2022 1.10

Get:
Dalvin Cook
2022 2.06

My RBs after would be Cook, Etienne, Gus Edwards, Hines and Mike Davis.

The majority of trade machines say yes but this would leave me with even less RB depth and fewer trade chips to get a 2nd QB. Thoughts?

I just want to say thanks for all the help recently, I'm usually ok at evaluating redraft trades, but dynasty throws me for a loop.

I'm new to Dynasty but I would consider it for a 2nd. How high is your 2nd? If you have 2.1 or something super low I might not, assuming you like players that might be available in the draft at that point? Also could depend on where Cooper goes when the Cowboys jettison him. If Detroit backs up a brinks truck to sign him, I dont think I'd want him on my fantasy team.

It’d actually be my own 2 in 2023, so probably a mid to late second.

A 2nd for a 27 year old wide receiver who is consistently a low end WR1/high end WR2 for a second? No brainer. The best you can hope for with that pick is drafting a younger Amari Cooper.
