There is no sign of land.
You are coming down with me, hand in unlovable hand.

And I hope you die.

I hope we both die.

What a horrible thread to have a post.
I know I've seen that movie, Franchescanado, but it's been at least 2 decades and I just don't remember what it was from!!! That's an assassin with a gun in his cast, IIRC.

Yeah I remember it too. I remember thinking the little plug for the gun hole was weird. I can’t place it though, I’m terrible at this game

My memory is that it’s a comedy from the 80s and it used to run on cable a bunch.

It is not a comedy but it has comedic moments. It is more recent than the 80s. It did run on cable (and HBO) a bunch. I have more hints that are pretty good, but I'm saving them.

Reposting these with a bunch more hints

The American cut of this film removed a couple minutes from the ending. The title was also changed for the American release
It is a theatrically released movie with name actors you would recognize.
It combines two genres that are not typically combined.

This film takes place entirely in a single building, and over the course of a single night. I think the events happen in real time, if they don't it's at least pretty drat close.
While the cast is entirely Japanese actors, one small role is played by an actor that American audiences would be familiar with.
This screenshot is very representative of the film.

Nailed it!

That's Stallone's hand in his gun cast at the funeral, before the shoot-out that introduces Banderas.
