I know I've seen that movie, Franchescanado, but it's been at least 2 decades and I just don't remember what it was from!!! That's an assassin with a gun in his cast, IIRC.

Reposting these with a bunch more hints The American cut of this film removed a couple minutes from the ending. The title was also changed for the American release It is a theatrically released movie with name actors you would recognize. It combines two genres that are not typically combined. This film takes place entirely in a single building, and over the course of a single night. I think the events happen in real time, if they don't it's at least pretty drat close. While the cast is entirely Japanese actors, one small role is played by an actor that American audiences would be familiar with. This screenshot is very representative of the film.
