Each one tells Jesus's last words to his disciples. Each of the four gospel give different accounts of what those last words to the disciples were. The version in the gospel of Matthew includes what has come to be known as "The Great Commission" - "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit" tl;dr: The writer of Matthew completely pulled out of their rear end that THE MISSION of Christians is to convert people, and shoved it in Jesus's mouth.
