I've made a huge mistake.
If the new aerodynamic rules really have made a big improvement, there's going to be so much more racing this year and Verstappen will end up crashing in to more people. This will be a good outcome.

He also always did way better at getting a single fast lap out of the car in clean air. We'll have to see how he does trying to pass people tomorrow. Maybe the regs will suit him with that.

Like HAAS I've come out of the gate strong but will fade to the back of the grid by the end of the season.

I only got 76 points because I hedged my bets a bit which was stupid. Should have done what I did last year and use my mega driver in the first weekend.

The real question is how many of these cars will fall apart on track tomorrow.

The Ferrari and Red Bull have seemed rock solid so far, but with Max on the front row there’s a decent chance many of them don’t make it past the first corner.

The hydraulics problem with KMag’s car doesn’t bode super well for the race.

Very hard to predict how any of those cars will hold up under full race lap count while pressuring each other with new regs affecting overtake. It should be fun.

But of course, because it seems this way now, it means it's almost guaranteed to somehow find a way to suck tomorrow.

Here’s a hint: Max will be more aggressive than everyone else and will win the race or crash into Leclarc. Haas podium.

Learn what lesson exactly? That racing the way he always has or even turning up the aggression a notch or two will benefit him with very few downsides?

Let us come together and support the late 80s/early 90s ideal of Ferrari, McLaren and Williams one day being the top three again and battling it out above these other imposter teams.

OK it could still take a few years.
