This MotoGP race has tons of overtaking, people lose multiple positions in a blink, people at the front are constantly overtaking and fighting for the lead I think the next set of regulations should limit the car weight to whatever a MotoGP bike weighs plus the weight of two extra tires

The VAR track limit 10 second penalty is being applied at the end of the race, and in the F3 at least they were not told they had it till the last few laps :popcorn:
