Unfortunately since Mexico held on for the win in order for them to get knocked down the #4 seed they'd have to lose to El Salvador at home and Costa Rica would have to make up a +4 GD as well. I do not see both of those things happening.

The top 4 teams are locked in (Canada, US, Mexico, Costa Rica) and only Canada is assured of not dropping to the #4 playoff spot.
