Alex Garland has managed an impressively consistent level of quality and originality as a filmmaker. All of his work has been right up my alley thus far (Not counting adaptations of his novels) and it doesn't look like he's dropping the ball any time soon.

His portrayal of Stanley Kowalski is probably one of his best performances, in support of Gillian Anderson's performance as Blanche. It's on the National Theatre At Home streaming service.

Possibly because no one knows how involved he can be, since he can't really talk anymore. I'm thinking he's going to appear via that painting, and maybe on a stand from a distance at a graduation ceremony, only. They might have him say a line or two, and dub him with his son, like they did with that Val documentary. He sounded perfect.

While I enjoyed Tron Legacy in theaters, it was a fairly tepid enjoyment after the spectacle of the visuals wore off. Revisiting it recently was actually a delight, it's much better than I gave it credit for. If Disney really is doing a third movie, they're doing themselves a disservice by not having Kosinski develop it.
