Kind of looks like he’s tenderizing the food with a row of mouth mallets, now that I watch the video till the end. Very crab. Edit: or maybe it is mouth parts evolved to perform shiatsu massage on the beaky thing his tiny mouth arms push the food into? Or the beaky thing is not only a mouth part, but a percussion instrument so that the crab can listen to pleasing music while enjoying his fine dining. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6uO7N79Cc1U Like that, but with 8 hammers. Crab mouths are complicated. Most mouth legs (maxillopeds) are for holding and moving food into the mouth and down into the stomach where their stomach teeth can chew it up (some also use their stomach teeth for growling at enemies) Some crabs like this and hermit crabs have delicate maxillopeds with fine hairs on them. One use of these is taste - these hairs allow crabs to detect the slightest traces of food in ocean currents. This guy most be really enjoying his meal Some maxillopeds cover little flaps to help a crab breathe. If you see a crab that looks like he is foaming at the mouth with rabies, he's probably mouth breathing while eating a good meal.

Oh I was guessing that there were sort of specialized filter-mouth-feet used to snag the tiniest bits as they try to float away in the water. Sort of like a napkin in front of your mouthfeet, that you then suck the bits off of.

Inevitably we'll find out that stomach teeth are actually just more specialized legs.
