I absolutely bawled my way through writing that post. I should have taken today as a PTO day, but it is what it is. It made me feel a little better in the end to reminisce about the goofy poo poo he would do. I didn't find this thread until late in his life, so you guys missed out on a lot of that stuff when it happened. I will no doubt get Sundae a new friend after we've healed a little. Probably this summer after I get back from my trip. I will then bombard you guys with newcat pictures.

It helped to post about when Catface passed, for me. There's something special about knowing that she had an impact on other people's lives, even if it was just to make them smile, and that I'm not alone in missing her. I miss her so much. It's nice having Pellinore since it's not so lonely with him around, but in a way he makes me miss her more since he's so completely different. But this thread is amazing and a great source of support (and excellent cat pictures, ofc)

I miss Pickle so much and I don't even know how she's doing or anything because she lives with my piece of poo poo mother who I don't speak to. Not really worried about her because my mother treats cats better than people, but I miss my little chonkus. Pickle's favorite place to be was either on my chest or snuggled up under my arm with her little head on my shoulder and one arm across my chest like she was hugging me  my baby
