I couldn't figure out what he was talking about with the Dusty Finish. That match had a pretty clean decisive finish, then I started seeing other tweets. The twitter brain geniuses are saying that Cole lost by count out, in a Texas Death Match, which is Last Man Standing rules. I think it makes sense for the latter to be more appropriate for faster paced wrestling.
