If you’re about to drop your opponent on his head and you have some barbed wire it seems pretty sensible to put the barbed wire on his head first so he’s landing on both his head and the barbed wire. You could do that same spot the other 364 days of the year and nobody would say anything about it. Seems silly.

Honestly, the silliest thing about the spot is that the crown should've fallen off as soon as Cole was upside down. He basically had to hold it on his head until the bump.
