Hey guys have you seen the new declassified DOD papers on their Hyoid-bone-shattering ray gun? I’m sure it doesn’t have any historical implications, but it sure is funny. The CIA declared the program of limited use and swears they definitely don’t still use them.

that straightforward conspiracy is an offramp for people who are cynical enough to read through the lines of the official story but do no farther digging. it's ultimately something they can tolerate, the idea of a government coward doing the three monkeys routine but not actually taking any material action, it's like the united 93 flight actually getting shot down for the greater good, a little conspiracy play pool. truth is the plan would not have gone through without domestic agents involved.
