Truth. The Jeff / Spencer improv ads were some of my favorite parts of Harmontown. They can be done well, you just have to put in some actual effort rather than limply reading whatever copy you find in front of your face. I didn't know he worked in props, thought he was on the writing staff. Isn't he also in a much earlier episode, as an extra? I have a vague memory of seeing his face in 'Bums Making A Mess of the City' or another episode where the gang finds themselves in a conference room with a bunch of other Philly residents.
