I also don't think its much different from a lot of your smaller promotions that self-produce shows - indeed TJPW are sort of unusual for doing their smaller shows as hard-cam only a lot of the time. When you get to the bigger shows they are both produced by TV companies and are very similar - one difference is that Stardom Korakuens don't always air on Samurai so a lot of those are now Stardom World produced only.

Participants in this year's 5 Star. 26 total STARS: Mayu Iwatani l, Koguma, Hazuki, Hanan Queen's Quest: AZM, Utami Hayashishita, Saya Kamitani Oedo Tai: Saki Kashima, Starlight Kid, Momo Watanabe DDM: Giulia, Maika, Himeka, Natsupoi, Thekla Cosmic Angels: Tam Nakano, Mina Shirakawa, Unagi Sayaka God's Eye: Syuri and MIRAI Prominence: Risa Sera, Suzu Suzuki 3 entries will be decided in a 5 Star qualifier tournament running through June Saya Iida, Momo Kohgo, Ami Sourei, Ruaka, Rina, Mai Sakurai, Waka Tsukiyama, Lady C, Hina, Miyu Amasaki will be the ones competing for 3 available spots. Not exactly sure how that's gonna be setup. There will be a final spot for a mystery competitor for Saya Kamitani to spoil. Last year it was Takumi Iroha, this year with Stardom more open to working with other promotions and the borders open it could be anyone.

After 5.15 Natsupoi and Tam promo, I was interested to check stats for Tam, since after her white belt loss she didn't do much. In 2021 she had 98 matches with 45.9% win rate. In 2022 so far she had 38 matches with 18.4% win rate. Poi really had a point. Hope Tam can bounce back second half of the year.
