The way the trailer was cut also really felt like a XIV patch trailer, which is a good thing, since I think that team's really nailed down how to build interest without giving the whole game away.

At first I felt the trailer was a bit too much summoned kaiju. But combat director for Dragon's Dogma? If I can climb across Bahamut's back to stab him in the neck while he flies around at Mach 2, I will put a thousand hours into this game.

8.1 was an overall improvement. 10 has some jank that I don't like, mostly when they only have modern ui replacements for some configuration things that don't replicate all of the functionality that classic ui panels did. Or maybe they still do, but I just haven't found where's it's moved, and I hate computers so I'm not going to bother to learn.
