There is a whole scene of people out there that craft all kinds of miniaturized items. Tons of videos on youtube too and some of the builds are acutally quite neat like how they make little realistic bottles with lables and whatever

Might wanna turn off the sound but this shows that making small plastic bags is actually rather simple but getting a logo like in the meme pic would require some fairly complex sticker work

I've been to Ben Franklin's a few times for craft stuff and I saw they have minitures stuff there, like kits for making little model store fronts/rooms, but i have no idea if their minitures stuff is the right scale to look good with 26mm or 32mm figures, so I'll probibly need to bring some figures along next time I go.
