in the end the dao generously voted to pay out YGG 30% of the value of their investment instead of 0 but the original investment was supposed to be on a 4 year vesting schedule, so if this dao crashes to 0 / gets hacked / rugpulls / etc before the end of the 2nd year the VCs will actually come out ahead on this deal
