There was a recent bot banwave and apparently a lot of RMTer's were getting banned as well. According to the botting forum most RMTers that get caught gets banned for like 3 days but a lot of them were permabanned because of "witch hunting" according to them. Players report other players running around with +25 gear and all level 10 gems and amazon looks into it and they get permabanned. So now they're hiding in their strongholds and not leaving incase people report them. Seems like amazon is doing something good. Hopefully they do this more often instead of letting the bots grow to massive numbers again.

It's most likely being used to mean there is something wrong with the upcoming patch that they have been unable to get fixed. It doesn't help that SG is working on multiple versions of the game at the same time, and obviously KR is going to take priority. Just means I have more time to push more alts to 1430 before Vykas.

It was also made in a thread talking about communication between players, Smilegate and Amazon as a direct response to posters complaining about lackluster communication, so the context of that post makes it a bit confusing. But yes, it probably "just" means that the release of Vykas update was and is blocked by some technical issue. For several weeks already.

Also it seems that the wildwing event isn't going to get extended to the 30th. Meaning we'll be spending a week without an event. Its been awhile since we had no weekly honing material injections.

I felt like the reward pack was pretty underwhelming, 1k destruction and 2400 guardian is almost nothing. 15k shards is decent at least, but still barely makes a dent in the sheer number you need at 1415+.

Even small improvements are still improvements. This doesn't do much to prevent botting/rmt but it does help prevent credit card fraud which is always an issue on Steam.

I'm a little sad at the removal of Yoz's Jar because a) I really liked several of those skins even if it would have taken me a lot of in game gold to buy them and b) I spent a decent amount of gold stockpiling skins specifically for that reason anticipating I could make a profit off of the skins I didn't want and now am sitting on a bunch of headgear for classes I don't use while the market has collapsed for them too.

I'm fairly sure they are not going to remove it forever. I assume they're going to come back without stats and without the RNG aspect of it. It'll probably be just a skin you can buy off the store for slightly more price. Its unfortunate that people may have hoarded cheap costumes waiting for the whole thing. It will probably be a while before it comes back though. Skins come out so slow. People are desperate to spend money on them and its coming out almost as slow as the classes. Plus they purposely release the ugliest skins ever. I have yet to find a good one for my sorceress. I got the snow witch looking outfit only because I can't stand the default ugly green T3 dress.

For someone that makes a lot of money selling tripod gear this is going to suck! But its overall a good change because transferring tripods is so annoying to do.

I managed to craft my second piece of relic gear today. And I was curious how I would look without my snow witch looking skin on and wow. I'm glad I got a skin or I would've looked like some kind of pervert panty mage until I complete Vykas for the pants piece. That said, more skins please amazon.
