I have a neurologist appointment for dopamine based movement disorder treatment I gave myself abusing stimulants on the 30th, I've waited 6 months from booking+dealt with the disorder for years now, it's pretty huge Generalised dystonia, everything be clenched and contorted. Even the butthole

Most medical systems intentionally overbook the doctors and limit appointment times in order to get higher volume out of them. Usually you won't ever see the same doctor twice. If you're paying more then you might have a consistent personal doctor that you do see repeatedly. If you pay a shitton of money then yeah. You can get appointments. They'll even come to your house.
