Home sounds great live with Robin's droning guitar, really cool to see them rotating it back in sometimes.

edit: That NIN Heardle thing is kinda dumb sometimes because it starts at the very beginning of each song instead of a random clip, so a lot of songs just have silence or ambient noise before the actual music kicks in. Otherwise I can usually get it on the first try.

I'm thinking at least two Bowie covers are due tonight in Brixton. Now I've got the bug for seeing this band multiple times I feel like I'm missing out not getting down there, but that's probably just as well with these travel complications.

That's why I didn't go to Manchester, but someone added Get Down, Make Love into We're In This Together on setlist.fm mid-show when I checked which gave me pretty big remorse until it got removed. I think the last time they played WITT outside of the AIR gig was last time they played the Apollo? That was the last time they played With Teeth as well with Trent sounding happy to drop that one.

They kept tripping over the vacuum cleaner cord. Fortunately Atticus has a cordless one.

So, the night David Lynch shows up, we're in my studio, which was in uptown New Orleans, on Magazine Street. It's kind of a residential area. Well, it was also foggy that night, so we went to wait outside because we knew he was headed there. I guess he was driven and dropped off, because he suddenly emerges from the fog and – at that exact moment, from down a side street – two completely naked dudes also come walking out of the fog (laughs). It wasn't planned, just one of those random New Orleans experiences. I'll never forget the look on [Lynch's] face, like, "What the gently caress is going on here?"
Hahahaha :allears:

I’m not looking it up out reading that article because I’m only like 9 episodes into that season of Twin Peaks (the episode right after this “THE Nine Inch Nails” episode). But I know he did the same TNIN thing for The Watchmen show.

I doubt the two shows share continuity, but is the in-show band the same? I know the show seemed to have more members than The Watchmen’s universe (his wife, for example).

Haven't seen Watchmen but I know in that version of TNIN Trent has disappeared for a while (like truly vanished not just "hasn't made music in years") so I don't think it's the same canon.

Honestly same.

I’ve accepted that he will probably never play every Fragile song but Where is everybody would be so cool to see live. Always had a soft spot for that song despite its lyrics!

Yeah that is surprising. I actually never realized any of the first-timers on this tour had never been played. I assumed Everything and Sunspots would've made it before.

Where Is Everybody would definitely be a good one. I can picture the moment where he shouts "Where! Is! Everybody!" followed by the whole crowd going "Whoa-o-o-o-o-ohhh-ohhh-ohhh-ohhh" as if to say, "here we are Trent!"
