Blast redirected all of Garou's attacks and his main priority even after Garou copies his moves is "drat I need to evacuate people." Like I'm sure he's probs weaker than current Garou but he's miles ahead of the other heroes as far as we've seen and Garou hasn't hosed him up yet so I wouldn't say he's jobbed, he's just really concerned the planet's gonna explode from all the fighting.
