The only other theory that seems plausible to me is the Warren Commission one. Oswald did it, he acted alone, he was a very good shot.

Secret service theory doesn't line up with the wounds only Oswald from the depository does (and the difficulty of the shots is vastly overstated by a lot of pro-conspiracy sources). The conspiracy has to revolve around getting Oswald up there.
