You could ask for a previous generation of MacBook Pro with Intel processors, install Windows on it to use Access. Actually, I think you can get a new M1 MacBook Pro and install Windows for ARM on that, it's unsupported but it works. And Microsoft has put out a native 64 bit version of Office for ARM processors.
