So I normally go play rhythm dancing games at arcades and unfortunately I could not get any pictures due to how awkward it was positioned. Womp womp. But I did meet up with a friend of mine who I have not seen in 14 years. We met up, went to go dance, and had a great time.  Im the guy on the left.

Super Mormon and has a wife and 5 (!) Kids. But we have been talking for a few years and the stars aligned that he was going to be in town today and he wanted to join me to playing 'Pump it Up!' which is a game I have been playing for well over 20 years of my adult life. It's kind of a passion of mine. But it was very cool to see someone I have not seen in person for well over 12 years. We had a great time playing Pump tonight. Deer are a pest in WI and we absolutely need our hunting season. They kill people all the time on the roads and chronic wasting disease (for them) is terrible. Our deer hunting season is only 9 days and hunters get around 175,000 (at least last year which was down 8% from 2020). I'm all about conservation even if it involves killing game. Sometimes it needs to be done. edit: I always wanted to hunt with my dad when I was a kid but he kept constantly blowing it off after many promises. I'm actually glad. I couldn't kill anything. It's not a bad thing to struggle with the idea of killing something, especially when it's not necessary to survival! You're a good person with a big heart. ...but also everything you said is extremely true. Hunting is a huge part of conservation (better buck next year!) and frankly I'd love to see more environmentalist orgs reaching out to hunters, who are the ones most likely to be seeing and experiencing the impacts of climate change in their routine lives. Here is a super cute idiot who is not afraid of my big stupid dingo
