I also remember a bunch of articles going around saying how so many people are cheating based on google search data… except they were literally talking about upticks in searches for the actual word each day, not what a cheater would actually search for, like “today’s wordle” or something. Not to mention calling out which states are the “biggest cheaters” based on the search data… but not looking at how many people are actually playing in each state. So many people seem illogical when it comes to this game and it makes me wonder if I’m somehow the moron.
