What do you want from a Zelda?

It�s a rather hand-holdy very linear game with only one hub and limited exploration. The combat is mediocre too boot.

Still it is fun mainly due to some very cool dungeons and in-game set pieces. And it�s never bad as it�s a Zelda. Plus it�s a fascinating artefact to play after having gone through BotW and seeing where it all came from.

I enjoyed it, but I�d never replay it and it�s certainly not a great Zelda. Probably worse than TP but I remember disliking that game more as I played it.

I�d recommend getting it physical so you can exchange it for something else.

The only Zelda games I've played are 1, 2, LttP, the Awakening remake, and BoTW. So linear Zelda isn't really a problem. Sale is over now though so my goldfish brain for games has moved on.

Skyward Sword has some of the best dungeons and locations in the series. Which is good because you'll have to keep returning to them due to the devs padding the game.

Still very enjoyable with the HD remake to eliminate the worst of the original's annoying gameplay mechanics. Setpieces and characters are good too.

Bayonetta's already been on GDQ. Bayonetta 2 has been twice.

EDIT: Actually the first game has been four times, but for some reason the PC version was a separate entry on GDQ VODs.

Yeah I obviously can't speak for the third but I played the first two and I thought they were pretty PG-13? I'm usually easily annoyed by overly horny Nintendo or anime stuff
