I love Casey's coloring/shading, and that TV speaker's aggressive speech bubble background texture is a great idea. But the TV speaker character is maybe too confusing/abstract? Is it hovering at height in front of the chalkboard or is that almost a separate panel? And neither arm looks proportionate, or too detailed or not detailed enough, its right forearm/elbow is really odd and lining it up with the background room corner line draws the eye to it

I think I missed the mark with what I intended, I wanted something that looked "wrong" in every aspect, while being recognizably human-esque. I wanted it to be constantly oozing like an open wound, and covered in teeth and eyes while visibly falling apart. I wanted you to look at him and go "gently caress ew," and then juxtapose that initial feeling with a big cracked LCD smile, and casual clothing, and a relaxed pose, like he knows he looks like a hosed up fun house mirror of a person, but he has a job to do, and he likes doing it so he'll try his best. You got the "wrong" right for sure, but you could probably go even more off-putting if that's the intention. Maybe standing up straight and in-shape is too formal, sort of slumped or hunchbacked might fit your vibe? RGB from Property Of Hate is very sharply dressed and has that straight-line cartoon action, perhaps yours works better with more curved/rounded features?

I think his character design would make more sense if he showed up in more than one panel, and we saw him from another side, maybe. I like the concept, but it needs more space to shine. I also really like that you're leaning into "let's have some dang conversations up in here instead of just punch".

It feels like all the visual elements go together as a cohesive style. The two panels before look strange to me. Maybe some shading, color variation/texture or something. But then, the saliva detail feels over worked on top of that, as if somehow its too detailed for the rest of the art. It is a remarkably horny bit of drawing, and i cant tell you exactly why, so i’m assuming that bit was conveyed very well. Your art has really improved since you started posting it. B Squad Leader’s recommendation of looking at Property of Hate I think is a good recommendation in additional ways. The panels with wilder color pallets and action could give you some good points of reference.
