IANAL but I'm trying to parse this new document in the Connecticut case. And that it's also his company (and not his) responsibility to pay any fines or penalties that he may get in the case. It reads like he's basically sacrificing his company (obviously thinking he can just make a new one) and just asserting that it removes his individual liability altogether. Bold move, Cotton.

It's a good listen (and a good podcast generally, imo) but only really goes in on one of many instances of Alex's lawyers being bad at their jobs. So far, anyway. Jordan's twitter threads are a fun play-by-play/color commentary and how I've been catching up when I can't listen in the background, but if you want a good comprehensive roundup, I think that's probably gonna take some time.

The thing that surprised me were the parts where they showed Alex taking direct orders from Ali Alexander in both the November rallies and on January 6th. Even including a line from Alexander himself saying that Jones had no agency in this matter and that he was to follow orders exactly. Even for an edit job, that one heck of a thing to leave in. Considering they edited out the existence of Nick Fuentes, I'm wondering why leaving Ali Alexander bossing Jones around was seen as "less" bad.
