This isn’t a criminal trial where the prosecution can’t exactly just call the defendant. At a civil trial, the defendant is fair game and can be put on the stand for hostile direct just like they did with Daria and Owen.

Jones did not have an audience when he was being deposed. He knows people are watching his trial so expect him to be on. I expect it goes like this: - Defense gives him softball questions along the lines but Jones has moments were he rambles. - Cross begins and Jones tries to plead the 5th but is told that he cannot do that. - Jones gets flustered and then threatens the jury to get a mistrial saying that they cannot make a good determination about how much he should pay since they are biased now. What I am wondering is if Jones will be sitting there when the parents testify? I could see him being there just to “get at” them.

I think he'll also then go back to the studio and scream and shout about how he just had to be respectful because he had instructions on what he was allowed to say and held himself to a higher standard while the court is bought and paid for by Soros. Maybe he whines about being out of money in both instances, it's possible.
