Have the showrunners said what they're gonna do about that? IMO they should straight up have the Pesto character storm the capital and have him imprisoned as a reason for him leaving the show.

I know in Gravity Falls they retroactively replaced Louis C.K. with another voice actor. Hopefully they do that with Pesto.

No, I know Johnston was fired. I was curious how they were going to write Pesto (the character) off the show. What I was saying was I hope they don't re-cast the character and just have Bob say "well he did that thing on Jan 6 and I don't think we'll see him for a while". They won't do that ofc (Fox) but it'd be funny as hell.
