summoning salt is fine but really repetitive. needs to shake up his format. if ur interested in videos about speedrunning i super recommend OneShortEye instead, they're all fantastic to watch (for everyone except arf, natch)

There’s a poster I’ve never heard of by the name of “Ladd” who has apparently been self-banning since 2007 like, an impressive number of times. The most recent was today which I guess violates the 1 year rule but this person’s strange pattern of self-banning goes back well over a decade and the kicker is, I don’t they’ve ever been probed or banned for anything like else. that autobanning reminds me of the time right after “the troubles” when the eternal rage elementals looked at every minute thing to get very angry and pearl-clutchy about, like ADTRW’s name, emoticons etc, and threw a giant hissyfit in QCS over the “a whore of a thread!” line in autobans

Wasn't there a speedrunning thread in games 3 or 4 years ago where some weirdo copped a ban for posting Splatoon porn or something similar? It was something with Nintendo characters.

the great race space used to be negrotown (iirc this was lowtax giving them the name and them having to politely ask for anything else, lol). the poker channel used to be "poker in the rear", and the gas chamber is technically called the fart house or some other stupid bullshit no one uses. oh, and batman's shameful secret, which was robin. most of these changes happened all at once when people went bonkers
