I just briefly watched her debut and she's in with Natsuki Taiyo who was one of their veterans: they did nothing more dangerous than you'd get playing any sport (starts with your typical wrestling start then they do a bunch of spots where they basically say that Haruka is too small and flexible to be put in a boston crab and easily reverses out of it; then she is mostly on offense by the end when the draw is hit and its incredibly obvious that they are looking after her a lot; no traditional back bumps in this thing for example. I believe Stardom's age limit in the dojo is now 15 (which is the traditional limit in Joshi) but that was a Bushiroad dictat and they grandfathered in the previous set of younger people (Hina, Rina, Ruaka I believe would have been under at that point). With all the people that started as young as they did they did the same thing though: their early career was very much working the core cities at weekends; mostly in openers against each other (perhaps with a main eventer every so often), very limited movesets in order to make sure that they were safe and also to give a story of progression. Rina and Hina are on the way up now (Rina got a High Speed Title match and has beaten some of the adult rookies recently but she's taken years to get there - debuted in exhibitions in 2017, officially in 2018. On the list of objectionable things in Stardom its probably close to the bottom and naturally will fall off unless they u-turn on that.

Nomads Match Thoughts Match 1: Maya Yukihi vs Yuko Sakurai Pretty good for a no stakes opener, nothing spectacular. Maya Yukihi's kick to the head looked good and the final submission was pretty unique. Nah, that finishing stretch and the pin I've never seen before makes it a MOTYC Match 3: Ryo Mizunami vs Rina Amikura you know this is going to own sight unseen, lol Ryo gets the Jonah shake as a shoot, great lady beef shoulder tackle match Match 4: Sumira Natsu In-Ring Return Match Sumire Natsu/Miyuki Takase vs SAKI/Hikari Shimizu lol Mack the Knife VTR. Odeo Tai as gently caress entrance with entourage, lol someone's getting hit with a bouquet. Good match what a shocker of a finish though Match 5: YUU/Rina Yamashita vs Nanae Takahashi/Hiroyo Matsumoto Always pop for the dance mashup of the Godzilla theme with C&C Music Factory as entrance. Rina Yamashita went full JoJo.
