Add Chris Bacalo to that pile. They're people for whom consistent/realistic anatomy is a suggestion, but they employ that ethos to a much wider variety of poses and dynamism than you'll ever get from say-- a George Perez or Jim Lee (who are both also great, do not get me wrong). Quite often that still ends up looking like a bunch of Bratz Dolls for Boys in a 20 car pile-up, but that's also because comics art is drawn on sweatshop deadlines and communication with inkers/colorists often falls apart in the professional pipeline.
