https://twitter.com/tainkirrahe/status/1565376431709880322 You know, a regressed person (possibly persons) in Dolores Cannon's works mentioned that tinnitus is due to ET body-meddling ("adjustments") and can be resolved by imagining a dial turning in your head and tuning in to the tinnitus tone. Imagining adjusting a knob trying to find a sweet spot to "match" the tone to the "dial" setting. I've used that technique after reading about it cause, why not?, and wouldn't you know it it works extremely well. My tinnitus, as it is, is fairly mild and infrequent though. YMMV. I tried it and it didn't work. It does sound like a similar frequency tho, maybe I didn't do it long enough Isn't tinnitus caused by the constant noise pollution or is that only some cases? Also I heard two other things about how we have designed our societies lovely First is the majority of cases involving having to get your wisdom teeth out or braces is caused by not eating enough crunchy types of food that take a good amount of chomping during childhood, supposedly without the right amount of force on the jaws it won't space out correctly Second is most cases of near sightedness are likewise not genetically caused but we have our cities and general culture set up so that kids don't or physically can't spend enough time watching the horizon & the eyeballs adapt to too close a focus point Idk but it seems plausible because all these traits super suck poo poo and I would doubt they have been super historically common. Right? Maybe it's alien nano chip transmission, maybe it's cause we're just stupid as gently caress orb ducks societally.

My tinnitus is background noise at this point. Next question, who here also has a bounding pulse? Or something similar? My whole life I've been able to see my heartbeat through my chest/stomach. It never ever stops. Not sure if it's technically a bounding pulse, but it's difficult to WebMD that poo poo/see a real doctor as an American.

That's normal. I can see it in my chest, wrist, and ankle. Congrats on your low body fat percentage! My blood pressure has been lower than usual on most recent takes. Still within normal bounds. If your BP isn't high and your HR isn't high you're fine even if you have an irregular heartbeat. Can anyone control their HR mentally? I encourage everyone to try, I picked it up from my dad after a funny prank he pulled where I nearly called 911. If you end up hooked up to a monitor you can watch it in real time and upset your attending medical staff

I had tinnitus from working on an active airport ramp with $15 Walmart earpro. It went away after an NDE. NDE’s also got rid of my allergies and frequent indigestion a decade prior to this. Almost dying is pretty neat.
