If it were malicious, it would be awfully coincidental that it coincided with work being done on the substation. For this to have gone wrong, they had to do it at the moment that the end of the distribution line was grounded out. About 10 years ago, there was a lot of commotion about the country's pumping stations (half of the country is below sea level, we need to pump out the water constantly) that were reachable via internet with only very basic hacking skills. I hope they've since improved the security of those things. I know the video about the generator being connected to the grid out of phase. Love it.

Usually night shift is fine just like day in black water so no difference I was on my dive rigging up the collar for install and felt something hit me hard and knock me over. Turn around nothing tell the dive supervisor and we decide to continue about 5 mins later saw what knocked me over a massive hammerhead shark 4-5m. They get attracted to electromagnetic fields and we are lit up with communications in the helmet and video systems. We called the dive and went up the way up was the worse couldn't see anything but would come out of nowhere swim directly towards us then at the last moment turn away. Felt very helpless and even though hammerheads are not the most dangerous shark when they are swimming directly at you at night 50km from land it's enough

I think the investigation suggested that the plane filled with CO for a while until everyone just went to sleep forever. I think that's probably the best case scenario
