GoonMaster has loads of cute animals in fantasy/historical clothing and armour. Just look at https://www.myminifactory.com/ Or one of the other sites and you will find loads of stuff. Thingiverse is free, but the quality is variable. That said Mr. Big Tong has banana warriors that are funny in Thingiverse.

That pose is not unique to anime statues or even particularly associated with them, and to say otherwise is telling on yourself. It does however match up with a lot of less-adventurous modern renditions of otherwise classical subjects but considering the need to transport this piece the lack of dynamic ambition is understandable.
