In racing it's called a draft, in terms of "riding in the draft" or whatever, but again that's just a general word for moving air.

it's also worth pointing out that a lot of electric vehicles have something like that already in the regenerative brake system. it converts some of that mechanical energy back into electrical where most of it would be lost as heat energy.
