I like that new design but no way I’ll get one with it until they have another mini size.

Also, they said dynamic island so many times the phrase no longer has any meaning to me.

as a non iphone customer i think this dynamic island thing is pretty neat. it's an elegant way to hide the notch, which apple has been trying to do in every marketing photo since the iphone x

but as an android user, i would hate not having a list of icons at the top to let me know what kind of notifications i have waiting for me

Completely disagree - it's taking the notch completely in the wrong direction.

Whatever provider they are using for the satellites, their current phones are likely more expensive. If they add to their catalog it will sell gangbusters.

Sorry, I don't follow. The provider Apple is using for sat connectivity, or the U.S. military? The current phones who has, Apple or the military?

I've read what you wrote about 14 times and I only got more confused each time (my fault, not yours), but you have me very curious here...

When I was 17, my father was so stupid, I didn't want to be seen with him in public. When I was 24, I was amazed at how much the old man had learned in just 7 years.
I hope always on is tied to focus because I could see using it at work but it's not something I'd like at home.

Not if the tilt doesn't work to turn on the face. I like being able to glance at my watch/phone to see the time, messages on it, whatever, without touching the thing.

good thing you have granular control of which apps are allowed to show you various types of notifications so you only get the ones you want unlike the absolute neverending laundry list of notifications on ios
