I'm actually a little surprised so many people agree cause every time khanstant posted they seemed to get a bunch of praise for what I always considered gross and unpleasant pictures so I assumed I was the odd one out for not appreciating the shock humor or w/e

Khanstant has a particular aesthetic that is simultaneously impressive in the skill shown while also being a very visually ugly style. Ugly art is a thing but it's a particular kind of thing that I totally understand why people would be grossed out by. Talking about the style here, not any specific work. When I think about the ugly art style, my mind jumps to the works of Robert Crumb or Ralph Bakshi.
