$20 on Buckley @ +185 to win $57
$20 on Vettori @ +160 to win $52
$20 on Tuivasa @ +385 to win $97
$14.27 on Buckley/Vettori/Tuivasa @ +3493 to win $512.84

I'm kinda surprised all these guys are this big of dogs. I would actually bet Vettori down to like -140. Buckley, too. Tuivasa I would bet down to +200. Buckley I think can get inside on Imavov. Vettori has a great chin, Whittaker has a ton of mileage on him, and I would not be surprised at all to see Marvin use his size and chin to grind his way to victory in a short fight. And Tai is willing to take some risks to get inside, but he's trained enough with Mark Hunt, and I'm sure Mark Hunt has taught him a lot on the technical side. I think he has a chance for sure, especially if they're using the smaller Octagon.

I've only ever used Draftkings because that was the only option in the state I was in before. It's fine, but is apparently taking a cut if you back out of a bet now. Like, say you fat fingered Sam Alvey on a parlay. They used to let you cash bets out for free, but charge for it now. Ive never tried to cash anything out either because i bet on mma and i never win, so i can't comment on that

in that end $5 all-Oz parlay on Bobby Knucks and Tai to win $39.40

I also nailed a prop for Nick Diaz by finish at +275 for 13.75 on a 5 dollar risk. Once again, my sportsbook got down around $50 for a couple months, and now I'm a shade over $100. The equilibrium continues.

I had a stupid teaser for Chimaev by TKO +225. Don’t do teasers folk.

I hit on Nate by sub in R4 $5 to win $80. Another bet was Nate by sub at +515.

I also bet on Picket to win.

Overall I bet $35 and got paid out $115, net $80

I can't imagine that was even a prop line before now because, as far as I can tell, it has never happened in MMA. I saw one of the two UFC upkick KOs live. It was awesome.

Yeah he primarily made his money first via pool and poker, then parlayed that into multiple successful businesses. His sports betting, which he was positive in the long run, was entirely just for fun.

i went to page 69, found manyak, checked his posts. think you're talking about this.

manyak posted:

You arent gonna make money gambling, theres no system/technique other than watching the lines move and betting on big underdogs because they tend to be undervalued in MMA. Unless you are bankrolled to drop several thousand dollars on long shot bets and accept that you are going to lose a lot in the short term and maybe win a small amount in the long term its a bad idea

Almost all of his winnings in MMA this year are just from dropping 5k on Nate diaz for example. Before that he bet a thousand dollars on Dada5000 who didnt train for the fight and had a heart attack and died in the ring. If you are not the type of person who would bet $1000 on Dada5000 then dont consider trying to make money betting on MMA
