It looks like it's actually a 2-bedroom house with a couple more non-bedroom rooms than typical, and they're trying to sell it as a 4-bed instead because that looks better on a 1-line summary.

Am I completely crazy or are there three bedrooms where the only way to access them is to walk through a bathroom?? It would almost make sense if there was a door from the living room to the little hallway, but there's not. Also there's "4" "bedrooms" but only one bath/shower? The longer you look at it the more problems appear

They decided instead of having even one (1) hallway you have to intrude through people's bedrooms or bathrooms to get from anywhere to anywhere

It would be dumb enough if it was, but it doesn't have direct access to any other room except its en-suite bathroom. You have to pass through five other rooms and a hallway to get from the living room to that bedroom, despite the fact they are directly adjacent and share a wall.

the entire rightmost third of the house, meaning the bonus room and everything above and below it, is a later addition. knock that off and move some doors around and you've got a pretty typical 3/1 midcentury ranch layout
