I didn't think the refs were necessarily bad at the beginning, but they called a super tight game on contact. That Brady TD drive, though, the wheels came off.

E: like after that even, Thomas was called two plays later for OPI for clearing space when we was getting held on that drive and the later TD had a similar OPI uncalled.
