think im close to the end of this game. really flew through it. im struck this time but how much this game reminded me of doom 3 but actually good. its got all the codecs and lore and interactive screens and gross jiggly monster redesigns but its got actual hell levels and way more enemies on screen at once. pretty cool

I really liked Doom 2016 and Eternal but the doubling down on lore and baffling Saturday Morning Cartoon vibe of Eternal was a really odd turn lol

i beat 2016 and found every upgrade/rune/etc in the game except one Chip. so i could not Weapon Mod Swap with slightly reduce frames. Sad. great game, whenever eternal goes on sale I shall purchase it and proceed posthencely. and i guess it has campaign dlc thats as long as the base game, which i shall also purchase at a Low price.

i've become "too skilled" for doom eternal and i've moved on to more mature games like simon says and match 3 hentai games on newgrounds. hoping to grind it out a bit and i should be able to finally figure out the "that card" puzzle from bioshock infinite sometime in 2025 and enter the big leagues of fps gaming.

yeah i been doing UVMax and the secret volume also felt very doom 1 to me. theres like 12 in one map and its secrets nestled in secrets and each has just like 8 armor bonuses and 4 shells, but most of the levels are pretty ammo light so it can really make a difference. and im very stupid about secret hunting so happy that theyre pleasantly simple, like a obviously mismatched wall texture or being able to sus them out from windows to bonus weapons outside and such. classic feeling all around.
